The Coordination Group is a body established by the three Institutions - Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Lithuania, the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The Coordination Group acts as the Supervising Authority for the LITPOLUKRBRIG. It approves organizational, financial, exercise, training, logistic related as well as any other plans produced and submitted by the LITPOLUKRBRIG Command.
The Coordination Group is composed of the representatives from the three Institutions and headed by the chairman whose position is rotated between nations on a yearly basis.
The Coordination Group officially meets at least four times a year for a LITPOLUKRBRIG Coordination Group Meeting.
The Lithuanian part of the Coordination Group is headed by Colonel Tomas MASAITIS, Chief of Staff of the Lithuanian Land Forces.
The Ukrainian part of the Coordination Group is headed by Colonel Oleksii SHANDAR from Airborne Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Polish part of the Coordination Group is headed by Brigadier General Grzegorz HAŁUPKA, Chief of Airmobile and Motorized Forces Department of the General Command of the Polish Armed Forces.
